Consultation on Revised Guidance for Monitoring MBT Plant

The Environment Agency has released a consultation assessing the diversion of biodegradable municipal waste (BMW) from MBT.  The consultation concerns the sampling and testing needed to achieve adequate quantitative monitoring of the reduction in biodegradability in the treated BMW.
