Wales is Successfully Meeting Landfill Diversion Targets

Wales has been very green this summer with so much rain, but it is green in another sense;

Every local authority in Wales has met limits on the amount of biodegradable waste it can send to landfill sites. The Environment Agency Wales has produced a report in its role as monitoring authority for the Landfill Allowance Scheme.
